Lieutenant General Cheng Chen-Hsiang, Commander of the Military Police Command, recently inspected newly constructed barracks in central Taiwan. He toured personnel living quarters, storage areas for critical military materiel, and shared spaces. He also directed officers to strengthen coordination and communication with other units co-located at the installation to ensure a safe and orderly move-in.
Commander Cheng stated that well-developed installation facilities help improve personnel's quality of life and work efficiency. Officers at all levels should give due consideration to personnel's actual needs and create a home-like environment so that they may enjoy more comfortable and convenient living conditions after moving in. He also reminded unit commanders to properly complete preparations for relocating personnel and equipment, enabling their units to immediately undertake their primary combat training responsibilities.
