Reported by: Wang, Tzu-Chang / Summary Report

Lieutenant General Cheng, Chen-Hsiang, Commander of the Military Police Command, inspected Military Police units in the central region yesterday. He conducted an expanded legal and discipline education session while also delivering an inspirational address. Through on-site visits to the barracks, he sought to understand the units' combat readiness, training progress, and the living conditions of the officers and soldiers. He expressed high levels of affirmation and commendation for the hard work of the personnel in steadfastly remaining at their posts.

Commander Cheng stated that when units execute missions, they should clearly define mission objectives and promote various tasks according to plan. They must establish comprehensive control and reporting mechanisms to ensure that manpower utilization, equipment allocation, and division of labor are well-organized, effectively meeting the management requirement of "everyone has a task to do, and every task is managed by someone."

Commander Cheng emphasized that cadres at all levels should take the initiative to care for the living conditions of officers and soldiers. In daily life, they should provide more reminders and communication, diligently creating a pleasant working environment to strengthen team cohesion. Furthermore, through talent cultivation and guidance initiatives, the quality of unit manpower should be continuously strengthened to ensure the smooth promotion of various missions (duties), thereby increasing the willingness of personnel to remain in service.
