Commander Hosts Armed Forces Day Recognition Ceremony, Urging Soldiers to Carry Forward the Spirit of Loyalty and Chastity

Lieutenant General Cheng Chen-Hsiang, Commander of the Military Police Command, hosted the “September 3 Armed Forces Day Recognition Ceremony” yesterday. He encouraged every officer and soldier to understand the origins of the “September 3 Armed Forces Day”, to remember the martyrs’ spirit of sacrificing their lives for the nation’s survival and to pass on the values of “Country, Responsibility, and Honour”, conducting constant combat training and building up the Military Police into an elite force to fulfil the noble mission of safeguarding national security.

Commander Cheng emphasized that all officers and soldiers should maintain the mentality of training diligently and refining their skills precisely, implementing combat preparation tasks, ensuring the troops' ability to respond to emergencies and demonstrating their resilience through rigorous and solid training on a regular basis. Lastly, he urged all officers and soldiers to uphold excellent military ethics, carry forward the spirit of loyalty and chastity of the Military Police, and to make every effort to fulfill their duties in combat training, thus demonstrating their unwavering determination in defending the country.
