Reporter Yi-Hsuan Chen / Comprehensive Report

Lieutenant General Cheng-Hsiang Cheng, Commander of the Military Police Command, recently inspected readiness forces in the northern region. He received mission briefings and provided guidance on matters such as unit training, combat readiness, and contingency handling. Commander Cheng emphasized that readiness training must align with battlefield scenarios and operational needs, enabling officers to fully understand their missions and force deployments to ensure optimal combat effectiveness.

During the inspection, Commander Cheng oversaw readiness assemblies and checks, verifying the outcomes of routine training. He also reminded the troops that readiness forces serve as critical rapid-response units that should always stand ready. He encouraged all personnel to remain vigilant, urging them to continuously enhance their professional skills, understand their missions thoroughly, and familiarize themselves with the operational environment to boost their responsiveness.

Finally, Commander Cheng acknowledged the efforts and dedication of all personnel in their rigorous training. Given the demanding nature of their duties, he instructed leaders at all levels to closely monitor the morale and conditions of their troops, implement family support and counseling mechanisms, and foster a positive working environment. Additionally, he reminded units to enforce risk management measures during mission training to achieve the goal of "zero safety incidents" and maintain the safety of the forces.
