Commander of Military Police Command, Lieutenant-General Cheng Chen-Hsiang, visit the military police brigade in the south and presided the officer-solider symposium. Other than encouraging officers and soldiers to support each other and create quality working environment together. He also reminded cadres to set themselves as examples, make good use of organizational management, implement life care to officers and soldiers, establish good communication channels, and create quality teams.
According to Commander Cheng, tasks are assigned according to different positions in the troop. Those who are in the higher positions must take greater responsibilities. It is a strict principle for troop management. Other than officers and soldiers complying with the orders from the higher management, cadres should also swallow the pride, listen to the voice from the officers and soldiers, and assist solving problems and obstacles in order to gather cohesion in the troop. He also reminded units to continue implementing training and combat preparation as well as carefully planning the training courses to strive for good performance.
Commander Cheng highlighted management by wandering around should be adopted as the approach for internal management to find factors that affect safety, pay attention to potential people, events, items that affect safety in the unit, and actively provide assistance. In addition, cadres should strengthen promotion and education of military laws (disciplines), monitor movements of officers and soldiers inside and outside the camp, infuse them correct concepts, establish the co-management and co-education channel with family members, gather the morality in the unit, and focus on concepts of compliance with laws and disciplines in order to work together to maintain the reputation of military police.
