Commander of Military Police Command, Lieutenant-General Cheng Chen-Hsiang, visited the military police reserve brigade in the north yesterday to inspect the 14-day new education call training. Except finding out the living conditions for inductees at the site, including training, dining, and accommodation, he also expressed the appreciation for the hard work done by cadres and inductees. Commander Cheng pointed out only by ensuring solid and reliable reserve force capability, military police will become key force to safeguard our territory when facing server threat from the enemies. He encouraged cadres responsible for the training to establish sound training plans and achieve tasks satisfactorily.
According Commander Cheng, he highly recognized the spirit of diligent training and practice shown by inductees. He expected each inductee becomes the most solid support and military capability for the national army after returning to the society. It not only is presentation of personal patriotism but also an important commitment to national security. Besides, he requested instructors to follow principles, ensure consistent training standards, and adhere to the implementation of training courses in order to strengthen inductees’ military capability. In addition, it is important to pay attention on physical condition of personnel at any time to ensure training safety.
In the end, Commander Cheng highlighted cadres in different levels must strengthen risk control when conducting live-firing training. During the training conference and after the announcement of safely rules, the task assignment and educational training must be carefully executed. Cadres must adopt consistent management approaches and carry out prudent internal management to lead the troop to complete the educational training in a manner of teamwork in order to strengthen military capability for the reserve force.
