Commander Visits and MentorsTroops in the North and Urges Implementation of Combat Readiness Training

Lieutenant General Cheng Chen-Hsiang, Commander of Military Police Command, visited the Hsinchu region yesterday. Apart from affirming officers and soldiers' perseverance in their duties, he also reminded the cadres that they should implement the combat readiness training with the aim of strengthening the troops' actual combat capabilities.

Conducting Training According to the Principle of "Three Unchanging Aspects"

Commander Cheng said that yesterday was the second batch of the Spring Festival holiday closing.Unit officers should be careful of personnel control and internal management, and the implementation of education and training should be in a gradual manner. Drills should be carried out in accordance with the principle of "unchanged time, unchanged location, and unchanged content" to ensure that the training is implemented in accordance with its procedures, steps, and essentials, thereby strengthening the training safety.

Commander Cheng reminded that cadres at all levels should give full play to the concept of "management by walking around", take the initiative to care for their subordinates, and act in a practical manner to build up the team's cohesion and a sense of honor for the unit, thus enabling the officers and soldiers to take pride in the Military Police and work together for national security.
