Commander Visits and Mentors the Northern Garrison and Offers Words of Encouragement for Their Hard Work

Reported by Li De-Wei/ Summary report

Lieutenant General Cheng Chen-Hsiang, Commander of Military Police Command, recently visited the troops in Northern Taiwan and instructed the cadres at all levels to take the attitude of " no holiday for war preparation" and implement the scheduled drills and training for combat readiness, thereby cultivating strong tactical capabilities of the troops.

Keeping track on the activities of officers and soldiers and enhancing the promotion of military law and discipline

Commander Cheng reminded that due to the warming climate and the proximity of camps to mountainous areas, cadres should pay attention to the presence of snakes and insects in advance, prepare emergency medical supplies and familiarize themselves with the relevant handling procedures in case of emergency.

Commander Cheng also offered his encouragement to the officers and soldiers for their hard work and reminded them that during the Lunar New Year period, the cadres should strengthen the promotion of military law and discipline, implement internal management, and make thorough reverse enquiries and family contacts to effectively keep track of activities of the officers and soldiers, thereby ensuring the combat effectiveness and safety of the troops.
