Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai went over to Zongzhen Barracks yesterday to meet with the newly-appointed directors, encouraging that all officers shall accumulate practical experiences while continuously perform combat training missions and tasks, thereby allowing the military police to fully exert its lean and mean military strength.
Commander Huang emphasized that all officers shall adopt “management by walking around,” gaining a full grasp of the soldiers’ condition to provide assistance and care in a timely manner. As an officer, one must think with the best intention for his/her soldiers in mind, thereby fostering coherence among all soldiers, which enhances unity and overall morale. Officers shall especially educate the soldiers to be practical and strictly adhere to laws, abiding by all military discipline demands. Lastly, officers shall be self-disciplined, be true to oneself and to achieve the best one can be, thereby passing on such honorable military practice to establish a solid military journey.
