Commander Inspected National Day Celebration Service Preparations, Showing Encouragement and Respect to the Efforts Demonstrated by the Soldiers

Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai, accompanied by Command 205 Commander Colonel Wen and Director of Staff, inspected the National Day evening celebration service preparations at Xisi Pier in Keelung yesterday, listening to mission briefings and supposed responses for each department as well as the handling of emergency situations. Commander Huang showed respect to the soldiers in their execution of various preparations and handling.

Commander Huang indicated that security is the primary duty of a military police officer, and shall be properly planned with its missions adequately organized in order to achieve smoothness in the chain of command between upper and lower units, while also establishing a horizontal communication platform for friendly units, thereby achieving close communications, from point to line to plane, bringing out the most efficiency in the joint combat strength, thereby assuring the success of the mission.    

In addition, Commander Huang stressed that all service members on duty shall strictly adhere to military discipline, and reminded all soldiers to uphold his/her stance, accompanied by an smooth and fluid attitude, with an understanding of the event schedules as well as other situations, to have a handle on the current dynamics, and to be alert at all times. On another note, officers need to understand the feelings of the on-duty members, thereby assuring personal safety, property safety, and zero risk to safety.
