Commander Instructed Strict Adherence to Regulations in Conducting Disease Prevention to Manage the Risks

Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai went over to the Tiehwei Barracks yesterday to inspect the current combat training status and disease prevention preparations of Military Police 204 Command, affirming the joint efforts demonstrated by the soldiers in executing missions and services. Commander Huang further instructed all soldiers to upload the principle of “Treat Disease Prevention as Combat,” in which one shall never allow one’s guard to be down. Response measures such as “division of work,” “separation of work time,” “partition of work areas,” and “working offsite” shall all be properly planned in accordance with policies. Through adequate risk management, a unit’s normal operation and the smoothness of mission execution is ensured during any environmental changes or when required by the mission.

Commander Huang also brought up recent cases involving military discipline to remind all soldiers to strictly abide by military discipline, stressing that one shall never perform conducts which would cause damage to military honor, such as DUI, drug use, or start a fight with others. Finally, Commander Huang emphasized that all soldiers shall be aware of one’s duty and role, dedicating oneself to performing combat preparation training tasks such as fitness training, combat skills training, firearm assembly, and shooting practice, gradually improve training effectiveness, thereby maintaining the combat strength of the unit.
