Commander Facilitates Cohesiveness of the Unit to Attain Excellence in Records, Inspects Basic Training Units

Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai paid a visit and encouraged the basic training unit of the Military Police 203 Command, inspecting the combat training grounds of the town in person as well as showing concern for the living conditions of the soldiers. Commander Huang emphasized that all soldiers shall display self-affirmation, be prepared to face any missions and challengers so that he/she is able to acquire a sense of accomplishment. Furthermore, all officers shall lead by example, effectively attaining a thorough understanding of the issues of the subordinates, showing care and concern towards colleagues, thereby jointly establishing a cohesive work environment.

Commander Huang indicated that base training is essentially a training regimen of various specialties, whether it is basic fitness, shooting practice, physical combat skills or any other professional skillsets, each set must be performed in sequence while strictly abiding to regulations, thus elevating training effectiveness. While training, all officers shall be aware and care for the living conditions of the soldiers, at the same time displaying concern for his/her mental state, thereby facilitating the coherence and morale of the unit, allowing soldiers to fully devote to training as a whole, collectively attaining excellent records for the unit.

To achieve the goal of “personal safety, property safety, and zero risk to safety,” commander Huang remindsedall soldiers to strictly adhere to military discipline and the law, to avoid driving under the influence, consumption of drugs and violate gender equality, thereby maintaining the completeness of the unit’s combat strength.   (This article is adopted from Youth Daily News)
