Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang Chin-Tsai hosted a pep talk seminar for the recruitment personnel, affirming the soldiers’ long term effort while expecting the continuation of the recruitment task. Commander Huang reminded soldiers to always be aware of one’s own actions and word spoken, to stay passionate so that the public can feel the vitality, passion, confidence and honor of the military police, thereby affirming, supporting and becoming a part of the military police family, jointly safeguarding the nation.
Commander Huang indicated that all units shall collectively devise an effective recruitment policy, thereby further properly plan out training sessions of the new soldiers, fully realizing the cultivation of professional talents. Also, all officers shall fully implement contacts with the family members of the new soldiers, obtaining a thorough understanding of the subordinates, proactively show concern for his/her well-being, assist him/her to adequately sort out a career path while taking note of their retention willingness, which ultimately attaining the goal of talent recruitment and retention of talents.
