Commander inspects the military police troop in the central area and requests strict compliance of duty discipline

 Commander of Military Police Command, Lieutenant General Chou Kuang-Chi, was accompanied by Director of Political Warfare, Major General Tang, yesterday to inspect the military police troop in the central area. Commander Chou pointed out units must implement the task of intelligence preparation in the responsible area in the peacetime to strengthen the monitoring of alerted intelligence. Besides, they should keep close communication with the intelligence units, like Investigation Bureau and National Security Bureau, through the local security coordination report to ensure a smooth task on national security maintenance.

 According to Commander Chou, units should complete investigation and research on large meeting venues in the responsible area and pre-plan the deployment of military strength and block-out plans. He also reminded officers and soldiers to get familiar with the source of law for duty performance. Places visited by the key targets of security maintenance must be installed security maintenance to block out risks in order to effectively ensure the personal security of the targets.

 In the end, Commander Chou emphasized when units perform special duties, they must strictly follow the principle of administrative neutrality, observe requirements of duty discipline, and adopt double deployment according to plans to supervise and help with each other in order to stop expected incidents timely. Moreover, he reminded units to strictly comply with the principle of male checked by male and female checked by female to implement the task of security inspection and prevent the risk of security hazards.
