Commander of Military Police Command, Lieutenant General Huang Chin-Tsai, hosted the “Pep Talk to Guest Pupils of Judge Advocate Administrative Prosecutor Training Class” yesterday. He encouraged all the personnel who participate in the training to study relevant laws and regulations hard as well as the professionalism of investigation skills in order to enhance the competence of investigation of military police.
Huang Chin-Tsai said that military police is with the identity of being both military soldiers and judicial police, responsible to assist investigating criminal cases of servicemen. The course mainly focuses on the subjects of professional laws. Besides, it also strengthens the professional literacy and capability towards judicial ethics and case investigation through different kinds of case study.
Huang Chin-Tsai especially reminded the colleagues participating in the training to carry the attitude of “entering a treasure mountain and making great gains”. They shall grasp the rare learning opportunities to establish the communication window with the judicial circles. Meanwhile, the principle of “unblocking communication and sharing resources” shall be followed to enhance the effectiveness of case investigation, work together to crack down illegalness, and maintain the order of the society.
