Commander of Military Police Command, Lieutenant General Huang Chin-Tsai, visited Military Police Training Center yesterday to carry out spiritual encouragement to the advanced training group. Commander Huang first recognized all the members’ excellent performance at the unit and then recommended further training in officer regular course, sergeants major regular course, and advanced NCO course to cultivate important cadres for the military forces in the future. Commander Huang expects everyone to set up their own target, accumulate their energy as well as continue training, learning and being promoted rank by rank without fearing pressure and frustration. Only by learning to grow and develop can one become a different person.
Commander Huang said military police is the model of the three forces, carrying the important tasks of protecting the main center and maintaining the security of head of state, and is with identity of both military and justice police. Each of the colleagues must care about the reputation and defend the honor of military police together.
Commander Huang highlighted that cadres are the core of the force. The most important thing is the academic competence for the main duty and the basic physical strength. Everyone must make good use of the time spending in training to advance personal capabilities and strengthen professional specialty in order to contribute to the force as well as to live, train, and battle together with the officers in the unit. Cadres shall exercise teamwork to complete different tasks, implement grouping for mutual help, and make sure no colleague is alone without support. The goal is to ensure everyone bring up the problems they encounter for the rest members in the unit to deal with the problems together.
In the end, Commander Huang reminded all soldiers of the death and injury caused by the public transportation accident during the long weekend holidays. Military Police Training Center shall carry out psychological counselling, stabilize morale of the troops, continue military criminal code promotion, and strengthen communication with family members to be well-prepared for risk prevention and ensure the maintenance for safety in the troop.
