Commander of Military Police Command, Lieutenant General Huang Chin-Tsai, hosted the outplacement introduction for Deputy Commander of Military Police Command yesterday and recognized Major General Hsia’s abundant experiences in military force and job duty. During different stages of his duty, he was able to successfully and satisfactorily complete the tasks assigned by the higher managers. Commander Huang anticipated all soldiers to continue carrying on our excellent tradition under his leadership, implementing talent cultivation, strengthening our combat capabilities, and enhancing the quality of military police under his leadership.
According to Commander Huang, the best thing to be proud of during the military career is the recognition from your superior or from your subordinates as well as the promotion of the rank. Officers shall be brave to accept challenges in the future and perform the personal duty at work fully in order to realize self-fulfillment. Additionally, he also reminds his subordinates to focus on safety and risk prevention behavior and recognition in order to eliminate the factors that are hazardous to safety, ensure personnel and team safety, which further enhances training effectiveness while advancing training efficiency for battle preparation. Commander Huang encourages cadres to make good use of organization as well as implement unit tactical training and practical tasks persistently without interruption in order to establish credible combat capability of military police.
