Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant Huang, Chin-Tsai went over to the HuiMin Barracks yesterday to show appreciation to the basic training force as well as to conduct Tomb Sweeping Consecutive Holidays Military Discipline/Safety Advocacy, encouraging all officers at all levels to lead by example. Under the premise of safety, all officers shall procedurally lead his/her colleagues to perform training in a consistent manner, thus allowing a solid foundation to be laid in terms of the unit’s combat strength. While at the same time, doing so will also unify the minds and soul of all soldiers, enabling them to fight for MP honor.
Seeing that Tomb Sweeping Consecutive Holidays is just around the corner, Commander Huang reminded officers that they not only should educate their colleagues on the duties/functions of a MP, officer should also demonstrate the meaning and value of loyalty and honor. Also, officers shall inspire his/her colleagues to attain a sense of honor starting from their mindset while also set an example for his/her colleague so that they can rub off a law-abiding and discipline-centric attitude from their superior, thereby achieving the effect of military safety education. Additionally, in regards to the recent cases, Commander Huang reminded all colleagues that there is no off time for military discipline and safety, so one must always adhere to the law, to be aware of the words spoken and the actions taken. Finally, as a MP, one shall fully realize the “no drunk-driving prevention regulations” and the safety/defensive driving concepts, to never press their luck, thereby jointly safeguarding the honor of the MP.
Finally, Commander Huang encouraged all subordinates to fully utilize their spare time to enhance their personal skillsets so as to elevate their own competitiveness as well as enhance the overall combat strength of the unit, stressing that everyone has equal opportunity, so one should never be satisfied with where they are, and don’t ever think less of yourself. Instead, one should establish a correct and positive towards life, thus enabling oneself to realize and breakthrough one’s personal goals.
