Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant Huang, Chin-Tsai, accompanied by Director of Political Warfare Major General Yu, Command 205 Commander Colonel Wen as well as other officers, went over to the Taoyuan Military Police to implement New Year Visitation and conducted a military discipline and safety seminar, awarding holiday team bonuses while wishing everyone happy holidays.
Commander Huang indicated that with the Lunar New Year just around the corner, year-end bonuses, performance bonuses and salaries for each soldier should make its way into their bank accounts, reminding everyone to properly perform financial management and be strict in preventing any scams from occurring.
Commander Huang stressed that all officers at all levels should lead by example, performing every task with the mindset of “I shall take the initial step, everyone else follows me” when leading the soldiers, becoming a role model to them. Also, officers shall conduct all tasks and trainings according to schedule, thereby achieving no weaknesses in training, which elevates the sense of honor and coherence of the team, ultimately maintaining the credible combat capability of the team.
Commander encouraged all soldiers to collectively safeguard the honor of the military police, which shall be completed by strict adherence to military discipline and regulations. Also, one shall accurately perform all disease prevention tasks, to avoid being in crowded place during one’s time off so as to prevent one from being a breach in disease prevention.
