With the Lunar New Year Holidays just around the corner, Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai, accompanied by Major Sergeant Chiu, Command 203 Commander Colonel Chang as well as other officers, went over to the Chiayi Military Police for a New Year Visitation, encouraging and acknowledging the effort poured into consistent trainings.
Commander Huang indicated that all units should properly set up mission objectives, and to perform all task and training as scheduled, thereby ensuring that all personnel have designated duties, all object have designated positions, all matters have designated regulations, and all actions are orderly executed, realizing the spirit of “everything is governed.” Moreover, officers shall foster a harmonious work environment, which allows for the unity of everyone, from the top to the bottom. Additionally, officers must uphold the attitude of “supporting the subordinates, guiding the subordinates, and take care of the subordinates,” thereby cultivating excellent talents, enabling the promotion of all mission and tasks of the unit while also enhancing the retention willingness of the soldiers.
Commander Huang also reminded the soldiers that the 2021 Military Discipline Reform Project has already been formally initiated, so all officers must lead by example while educating his/her subordinates. If a colleague has violated any regulations, accountability must be enforced. Commander expected all soldiers to be under the core values of being a military police officer, to always be aware of the words spoken and the actions taken, thereby ensuring the goal of “personal safety, property safety, and zero risk to safety,” jointly maintain the group honor of the military police.
