Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai, accompanied by Command 205 Commander Colonel Wen and other officers, inspected the Hsinchu Military Police Force yesterday and conducted a pep-talk. Aside from showing concern for the living facilities of the soldiers, Commander demanded strict adherence to military discipline and security, thereby constructing the excellent common practices of the team.
Commander Huang pointed out that all units shall cultivate a common practice of pursuing higher education, to actively encouraging soldiers to enrich themselves, and to establish a “service vision” with an end goal, which ultimately elevates one’s personal competencies. Furthermore, officers at all levels must fulfill one’s own duties to the fullest while completing the tasks in “military discipline” and “mental counseling.” Commander Huang expected officers to have a good handle on all the issues that soldiers may have, hoping that colleagues show concern and empathy for one another so that they can jointly create a warm and harmonious work environment.
Commander Huang indicated that military police are in fact law enforcers, so as a MP (military police) one should even be even more law-abiding and values discipline. All units, on the other end, shall fully exert the efficacy of the organization by continuing to promote military discipline and security. Also, they shall have no laxity for soldiers that have violated the law, in which everything must be conducted with the end goal of safeguarding the honor of the military police. Additionally, Commander Huang encouraged officers to perform “management by walking around” while also upholding the management style of “be clear, be precise.” With that, Commander Huang expected the establishment of an excellent team that has high morale and values honor.
