Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai, accompanied by Director of Political Warfare Colonel Yu, Command 203 Commander Colonel Chang as well as other officers, went over to the island of Kinmen to show appreciation for the efforts demonstrated by the military police officers in addition to implementing military discipline advocacy and guidance, expecting all soldiers to be self-disciplined and self-aware at all times while serving in the outlying islands. Lastly, Huang stressed that all soldiers should abide by all military discipline demands, reminded that one should never violate the law, which will undoubtedly lead to the destruction of one’s career.
Commander Huang indicated that all officers shall continually conduct internal management, fully implement all educational training tasks. Under the premise of safety, officers shall properly train his/her teams, thereby elevating the overall combat strength of the military police. Additionally, officers shall attain a thorough grasp of the soldiers’ mental state through counseling mechanisms, lend a hand to those in needs and adequately solve any issues that soldiers may have, which in turn can increase the coherence of the unit as a whole.
Lastly, Commander Huang encouraged all colleagues to acquire higher education, to develop one’s personal skillsets, and to improve oneself during off times. Through learning and education, an officer should elevate one’s skills, thereby strengthening the power of the entire team.
