Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai, accompanied by Director of Political Warfare Major General Yu, gathered colleagues in political warfare to implement work instruction and conducted seminars. Aside from gaining a thorough understanding of the work of the officers, their family situations, and their career plan, Commander Huang also encouraged all to execute lifelong learning, continuously advance one’s personal skillsets to elevate competitiveness. Also, Commander Huang stressed that soldiers should adjust to as well as value their roles and the functions they serve, to devote oneself into the work itself, thereby assisting to stabilize the unit while securing combat strength.
While conducting a speech, Commander Huang affirmed the relentless effort in the completion of tasks demonstrated by the political warfare colleagues over a long period of time. Additionally, Commander Huang pointed out that all political warfare officers are a crucial stabilizing force for the entire team, one which the team cannot do without. However, due to the rapid and complex changes in surroundings brought on by the passage of time, Commander Huang encouraged all colleagues to “change what holds you back into something you can thrive from,” as well as adequately adjust one’s own pace and emotions to take proper care of oneself so that all efforts can be geared towards servicing the soldiers.
Lastly, Commander Huang encouraged colleagues to adequately fulfill one’s duties, to exert teamwork and its collaborative functions, thereby jointly create an enjoyable work atmosphere. Commander Hang reminded all to proactively continue on with learning and advance oneself, to be bold in experiencing the different tasks that different roles brings, to create a condition where one is always elevating oneself, thereby enriching one’s own military journey.
