Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant General Huang, Chin-Tsai hosted the Military Police Training Center’s Inauguration Announcement Ceremony of the new director yesterday. Aside from affirming the effort put forth by the former director Colonel Yang in construction as well as laying down a solid foundation, Commander Huang encouraged all soldiers to maintain the attitude of “strive for the best” and “not settling at the top” while under the leadership of the newly appointed Director Li, thereby continuously developing and cultivating excellent military police talent.
Commander Huang indicated that since Military Police Training Center serves as a cradle for cultivating military police, all officers at all levels should maintain the notion of “training is the source of strength, whereas victory replies upon strengthening the body and soul,” therefore all officers shall devote oneself in the execution of all training education tasks, which then leads to the establishment of a solid foundation for the team, elevating the combat strength of the ground level.
Commander Huang reminded all officers to lead by example, to devote oneself in providing solid instruction, as well as to show concern for his/her fellow comrades, thereby allowing the subordinate team to feel a sense of belonging, in turn improving the cohesion of the team while elevating team morale. Doing so will enable the soldiers to foster a sense of honor within them, thereby jointly maintain the honor of the military police, achieving the goal of “individual security, property security, zero harm.”
