Commander Demanded Accurate Implementation of “Sequential Supervision”

Reported By LI, Tian-Yu / Summary Report

Military Police Command Commander Lieutenant-General Huang, Chin-Tsai, inspected the Military Police Force of Nantou yesterday, aside from personally performing roll call, he caringly asked and was concerned over the soldiers’ learning and work status, as well as their career plans. Commander Huang reminded all officers to fully implement sequential supervision, in which one officer shall supervise the tasks of the subordinates, and subordinates shall supervise his/her underlings, thereby allowing the subordinates’ units to operate all tasks with fluidity, allowing the combat strength of the unit to become more solid.

Commander Huang indicated that everyone is emotional and has different moods, which are constantly changing. Therefore, colleagues shall demonstrate concern for each other, showing care and support one another so that everyone can face challenges with a positive attitude, thereby enabling the fluidity of the unit’s operations.

Commander Huang reminded all soldiers that aside from duly performing the tasks he/she is given, everyone shall keep improving oneself by advancing one’s skillsets, to elevate one’s competitiveness in moving upward, and to boldly face any challenges when the opportunity arrives. Only when one is not satisfied with current condition, then one is able to strive upward in a positive method, thereby allowing our family members to be proud of us, which also enhances the superiority of the unit.
