Both internally and externally, from one’s attitude to one’s behavior, all should be conducted with strict self-discipline, in which one shall dully adhere to the laws and discipline, thereby achieving the goal of “personal safety, property safety, and zero risk to safety,” maintaining the unit’s solid combat strength and honor.
