The Commander Supervised the Grass-roots to Care for the Living Situation of Officers and Soldiers

Commander and Lieutenant General Mo, You-Ming supervised MP Camp 332 on October 4, 2018 to understand the mission characteristics of the units and daily life of officers and soldiers. Besides, he also instructed recruitment effectiveness, officers and soldiers’ meals, dormitory environment and holiday situation.

The Commander expressed that the cadres of all levels should walk around and demonstrate more care for the soldiers and officers to understand their needs, ensuring the normal holidays provided and strengthen garrison duty education. They should adopt “active questioning, effective treatment and flexible application of non-fatal weapons” to protect themselves and ensure perfectly sound guard. In addition, the unit should attach greater importance to recruitment plan, improve camp retention willingness to effectively reduce duty service pressure as well as emphasize that everyone is recruiter, expecting that the cadres at all levels could adhere to serve the officers and soldiers, so that officers and soldiers could feel at home and become more united.
