The Commander Required to Strengthen Command and Management as Well as Combat Capacities

Commander and Lieutenant General Hsu Chang demonstrated while presiding over game seminar spiritual speech that the drill should be deemed as combat. It was expected that the cadres present at the drill should review the feasibility of combat plan and combat tactics to give full play of thinking power, judgment and military accomplishment and integrate the drill scenario and assessment points, carefully evaluate the demands, take proper marshaling and combat tactic actions to enhance soldiers’ command, management and combat strengths, thereby achieving the goal of “train for combat, integration of combat and training” and giving full play to the combat force of the Command.
