Commander and Lieutenant General Hsu Chang presided over the Combat Readiness Training Presentation of December the other day. At the presentation, he firstly carried out discussions and promoting sessions for the implementation of the tasks instructed previously. Then came the overview report of recent task fulfillment of each Command, Bureau and Group. Moreover, the instructions were made for verifying and checking the meets and talks.
The Commander demonstrated that skills could be more proficient only when soldiers went through long-term training so that the effects could be maximized; the cadres of all levels should prepare for the following year and lay emphasis on recruiting talents, carefully controlling the work nodes to satisfy the manpower demands of the Command. Command Hsu especially reminded the units to carry out supervisions on the chiefs and aides and staffs, thereby completing the various tasks in a planned and well-prepared manner to verify the comprehensiveness of the task readiness of the troops so that the overall combat efficiency of the troops could be greatly improved.
